Gilbert Davies have been providing legal services to private individuals & businesses for over 18 years. They’re an established high street firm based in Welshpool offering experienced advice in a wide range of legal matters. They needed a new brand and website to promote their services and support their growth and recruitment efforts.
We explored a wide range of branding concepts before deciding on classic typography, combined with a clean, no-nonsense full stop and descriptor, to give an honest, straight talking look and feel.
The website is simple and professional, with clear call to actions to guide the user through the website. Strategically placed contact forms encourage users to get in touch for more information.
The Gilbert Davies green was developed to give a fresh look and feel to a very traditional industry. The typography was created to bring the two names together and unify the logo, with classic serif type twinned with a modern sans-serif for 'solicitors'.
