CASE STUDY: SOCIAL MEDIA

Social Media Success for Cooking Marvellous

Our client, award-winning ecommerce kitchenware shop Cooking Marvellous challenged us to create a real impact through their social media channels. Our goal was to generate online sales, build upon their positive brand image increase engagement with their customers.

According to HubSpot, 43% of all online consumers are social media fans, so social media appeared to be the perfect channel to enhance the company’s online reach. We strengthened Cooking Marvellous’ social media presence and worked with them to develop an ongoing social media strategy. The first campaign was then implemented and managed across Facebook and Twitter, allowing the company to successfully engage with fans at multiple touch points.

 

The first three months of the campaign have been a great success:

Overall Facebook Likes increased by 33% as a direct result of the campaign.

We achieved a reach of 49,645, up almost 1000% and the highest reach ever!

Visits to the Cooking Marvellous website from social media doubled.

 

Various strategies are used in Clear’s social media campaigns to maintain interest and build client relationships. For Cooking Marvellous, we found a competition to be a very effective tactic. We also took advantage of Facebook Advertising to target specific sectors, which also helped make optimal impact through inviting and reaching relevant people who  are the most likely to shop with Cooking Marvellous in future.
