It’s fairly easy to get started with Pay Per Click (PPC) online advertising. Just set up a Google Ads or Microsoft (Bing) Ads account and you’re away. However, chances are you’re not as familiar with those tools as we are. We’ve spent thousands of hours running campaigns for clients.
You’d be surprised how many mistakes we see when we inherit old accounts – from a lack of conversion tracking to poor keyword choices and wasted spend.
With our training sessions, you can tap into our expert knowledge and avoid those common pitfalls.
How it works
Half-day or one-day PPC training courses with no follow up aren't really our style. We prefer to do an initial session, followed by another session a couple of weeks later (after you’ve had chance to implement some things from the first one). The training can end there, or you can have further sessions – as many as you need!
Whether you’re a complete PPC novice or an old hand, we can tailor the training to suit. And as well as general advice, we’ll look at your specific account (old or new) so you can see how we approach things. That way, it’s more practical, with actionable advice you can implement yourself.
The changes we suggest will make a real difference, too. We’ve never seen an account we couldn’t make better in some way!
Face to face or online
If you’re local and there are no pandemic restrictions, feel free to come in and meet us face to face. We’re a friendly bunch and will make you feel right at home.
Alternatively, we can train anyone, anywhere in the world remotely. Using a combination of video chat and screen sharing, our online PPC training is just as effective. You’ll get the same benefits as if you were with us in the office (except you’ll have to provide your own coffee).
Google Ads training
Google Ads is the most popular PPC platform, and for good reason. This is our bread and butter, and where most clients start.
We can advise on Text Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads and Merchant Centre feeds – all the campaign types and features that are available. The platform often has new features, so our Google Ads training sessions are the perfect way to keep up to date or serve as a refresher.
Bing Ads training (Microsoft Ads)
Although not as popular as Google, we find that with its older demographic and lower competition, Bing Ads can work incredibly well. Clicks are often cheaper than on Google, and if you’re already getting the most out of Google, it’s another source of potential customers.
Our Bing Ads training works in the same way as Google Ads. In fact, much of the advice is transferrable from one platform to the other!
Facebook Ads training (and Instagram Ads)
If there’s one platform that’s confusing for beginners, it’s Facebook! Just understanding the difference between Business Manager, Ads Accounts, Pixels and Conversions API can be a struggle. A screenshare or face-to-face meeting is the perfect way to explain it all.
We can also help you choose appropriate audiences to show your ads to, advise on budgets and suggest which types of ad to use.
