The Shropshire Community Foundation is a newly established local charitable foundation, uniquely positioned to foster connections among philanthropic individuals, channeling their resources towards making impactful, long-term investments in local causes. With a focus on sustainability and community development, the foundation serves as a catalyst for positive change, bridging the gap between donors and meaningful initiatives within the Shropshire region.
The brief
When Shropshire Community Foundation came to us, they required a new brand that would reflect their passion whilst building trust with high-value individuals, charities, local authorities, and local businesses.
Once the primary brand was established, we needed to create a full suite of stationery, promotional materials, website, and a secondary logo for their “Investors in Community” initiative.
Branding and stationery
After conducting an initial branding workshop with the client and some market research we set out some key points that would help us create a successful brand. By working closely with the team at SCF we were able to deliver a vision that everybody could get behind.
Once the branding was established, we produced a full suite of stationary that would be hugely helpful to the new charity as they began making contact with potential investors. We also created a flyer that invited local businesses to become members of the Investors in Community scheme.
Website
We then turned our attention to designing and building a website that would help to increase visibility and explain how individuals and businesses can benefit from becoming an investor. The site also integrates the Donorbox API so that smaller donations can be made with ease.
Results
The Shropshire Community Foundation's marketing efforts with Clear have proven highly effective, culminating in an emotive brand identity that engenders trust among stakeholders. Collaborative brand development, supported by thorough market research, has established credibility with key groups. Essential stationery and promotional materials facilitate outreach to potential investors, while the user-friendly website, integrated with Donorbox API, simplifies donations for individuals and businesses, emphasizing the foundation's commitment to community development and philanthropy.
