The brief
Arriva Transport Solutions carry out more than a million journeys across the UK every year, working with a wide range of health services to transport patients to their appointments safely without the need to worry. They needed a new website to showcase their specialist non-emergency transport and to inform customers about their services. The website needed to appeal to both patients as well as potential employees looking for a career within the industry.
Our strategy
The website includes a careers page to allow people to browse and apply for jobs online, keys stats on customer journey’s, and an interactive patient journey, showing a step by step process from booking your transport to getting home from your appointment. The design needed to be informative but friendly and accessible for people of all abilities, which is why an accessibility bar was implemented to suit the reader’s needs

Return on Investment is key - we agreed and set KPI’s. Every month we report and evaluate against our targets. We are working on a number of new initiatives here - but in the meantime:
