We’re an award winning digital agency and a Google Premier Partner, working with global brands and ambitious local retailers. As a Senior PPC Specialist, you’ll lead cutting-edge campaigns across Google, Meta, and Microsoft, helping clients drive revenue growth, ROAS, and profitability.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading PPC strategies across Search, Performance Max, and Display for ecommerce clients.
- Optimising campaigns for ROAS, AOV, and conversions, using data-driven insights.
- Conducting search term analysis, account restructuring, and A/B testing.
- Managing feed optimisation for paid search, social, affiliates, and CSS platforms.
- Implementing remarketing strategies and audience segmentation.
- Using Google Ads Scripts to enhance Performance Max (PMax) insights.
- Ensuring accurate conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and third-party APIs (with support from our team of developers).
- Staying ahead of industry trends (AI, automation, first-party data, attribution models).
- Assisting with new business pitches by auditing PPC accounts and recommending improvements.
- Providing internal & external training on PPC best practices.
You’ll have the ability to pick things up quickly and focus in on the details to get results. An analytical, logical approach is a must, but we like a bit of creativity and passion too!
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, ideally in an agency or managing multiple ecommerce brands.
- Strong expertise in Google Search and Performance Max campaigns with a track record of scaling accounts profitably.
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and the broader digital marketing landscape.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Editor, AdWords UI, Looker Studio (or similar), and PPC tools.
- Relevant degree or professional certifications from Google, Meta, or Microsoft Ads.
- Ability to explain performance insights to non-technical clients.
- Passion for Ecommerce, AI, PPC, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
- Bonus points for experience in SEO, Paid Social, Amazon, Affiliate Marketing, or Email Marketing.
