Sandra

With a career spanning finance, administration, and operational support, Sandra brings a wealth of experience to her role as Finance Manager at Clear. After starting in finance at North Shropshire District Council, she progressed through roles in income management and credit control before gaining experience in the food industry and the not-for-profit sector, supporting housing services and vulnerable communities.

Since joining Clear—initially as Office Manager and now as Finance Manager—she has taken responsibility for all aspects of the agency’s financial operations, from day-to-day processes to strategic financial oversight. She also provides HR support, making her a key part of the business’s internal operations.

What she enjoys most is the variety her role offers, combined with her passion for finance and problem-solving.

Fun fact: She loves the outdoors and gets out on her bike whenever she can.’
