Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Gina Ullmann joined Clear over three years ago, bringing a strong foundation in media and communications from the University of Sussex and hands-on experience in social media from her time at Shropshire Wildlife Trust. Since then, she’s grown into a versatile digital marketer with a specialist focus on UX.
Her work spans a wide variety of clients and industries, tackling everything from UX audits to SEO, PPC (Google, Microsoft, Meta), copywriting, data analysis, and account strategy. Whether she’s deep in GA4 reports or rewriting a user journey, Gina is known for bringing creative, out-of-the-box thinking to analytical challenges. She holds certifications in both Google Search and Shopping.
Gina is passionate about solving tough problems and helping clients grow. One of her favourite projects at Clear was leading a user testing study for Sarcoma UK, an experience that combined her empathy for users with her UX expertise to deliver valuable insights for a meaningful cause.
When she’s not working, you might find her making a strong cup of tea or sharing her catchphrase, “You know what that is? Bad UX.”
Fun fact: her hair used to be over a metre long.
