Fran

Fran brings extensive experience in operations, planning, and team leadership to her role as Studio Manager at Clear. Before joining the team in 2022, she worked in the commercial division of a major sales and marketing company and later spent several years at a branding and packaging agency. Fran also ran her own creative business as a designer-maker, selling products online.

At Clear, Fran manages production planning, oversees the technical team, handles HR responsibilities, and supports the MD, ensuring the studio runs efficiently and projects stay on track. Her organisational skills and creative background make her a vital part of the team.

She studied Art & Design at university and still loves making things—most of her clothes are handmade.

Fun fact: Fran makes most of her own clothes.
