Dougie Nicoll has over 20 years of experience in customer experience (CX), technology, and business management. His career includes leadership roles such as Head of Customer Experience at agencies like Clear and Customer Touch Point, as well as founding Celtic Crocodile, where he delivered web design, SEO, and customer journey mapping for a wide range of clients. He also brings experience from roles in account management, business development, and operations, including time as a National Account Manager and General Manager leading strategic projects and technology rollouts.

At Clear, Dougie focuses on creating seamless, integrated customer journeys across web, social, and live chat, while implementing technology that enhances client performance. He combines strategic thinking with creative problem-solving to design solutions that deliver real ROI and exceptional user experiences.

Dougie holds a degree in International Management and has expertise across CX consulting, digital strategy, and systems integration. When he’s not working on client strategies, he enjoys tackling complex challenges and exploring innovative ways to use technology to improve customer experience.
