The Approach
Magento 2 Replatforming
We began with an on-site discovery session and full technical scoping process to understand Landowner’s sales workflows, admin bottlenecks, and ecommerce platform limitations. The decision was made to rebuild the ecommerce setup from the ground up using Magento 2 with a Hyvä front-end for speed and compliance with Google Core Web Vitals.
